1. Acknowledgment These are the Terms governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. AI-Generated Content & Disclaimer

• No Professional Advice: The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate text. The output provided by the App is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or technical advice.
• Accuracy: You acknowledge that AI models may "hallucinate" or generate incorrect, misleading, or offensive information. MintyGum LLC makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for verifying any information obtained through the App before relying on it.

3. Credits and Payments

• Virtual Currency: The Service operates on a "Credit" system. Credits are digital items with no real-world monetary value outside of the App.
• No Refunds: All purchases of Credits or Subscriptions are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the policies of the Apple App Store/Google Play Store.
• Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to modify credit costs per AI model or the price of credit packs at any time without prior notice.

4. Prohibited Uses You agree not to use the Service:

• To generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or obscene.
• To attempt to "jailbreak," reverse engineer, or bypass the safety filters of the underlying AI models.
• To infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Intellectual Property The Service and its original content (excluding AI-generated text, which is subject to the terms of the respective model providers), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MintyGum LLC.

6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall MintyGum LLC or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of data or other information) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

7. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms.
